The NM-i4189 mounting kit allows the installation of Noctua DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series coolers on Intel's LGA4189 platform (Whitley) for Ice Lake-SP based third generation Xeon Scalable processors (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze ) and workstation CPUs of the W-3300 series (Ice Lake-64L). By integrating standard Intel parts such as the anti-tilt mechanism, T30 PEEK nuts and the LGA4189-4 (P4) processor holding frame (CPU carrier frame), the mounting system fully complies with Intel guidelines.
