The high-quality inner lid with stainless steel cover withstands high pressure and hot temperatures. The steam cannot escape uncontrollably, so the freshly cooked rice retains its fresh taste for a long time in keep-warm mode. The condensed water is automatically removed via the drainage system and collected in a separate container. The food is thus spared from excess and returning water vapours.
