Thus, the SSD is 3 to 4 times faster than SATA-based SSDs. The performance of the computer improves tremendously, the system can be booted up in a matter of seconds and even demanding applications can be operated without any problems. Thanks to the M.2 2280 form factor, the PCIe SSD can be easily installed in desktops, slim notebooks and laptops or more compact devices such as ultrabooks.
